This phase consists of one street where you can find 13 building plots connected to the infrastructure. As in phase A, all of these building plots are sold.

New homes are either being completed or have been already finished. In 2018, construction will be completed in this location and its inhabitants will be able to enjoy their new homes undisturbed.
