The residential area of Residence Kaskáda is gradually being expanded by 22 row houses in the phase „D“.

The development of these row houses is planned to proceed consecutively in 3 phases. The first 8 buildings of these 22 luxuriously designed row houses in the phase one were already finished at the end of last year and all of them are sold and handed over to the new owners, so they can already enjoy all the comfort that these houses can offer.

As a standard facility of these houses you can find the floor heating. Installed heat pumps provide heating in winter and cooling of the entire interior in summer. This alternative method of heating and cooling increases the energy savings of tens of percent. So the operation of these houses is extremely environmentally friendly so as cost – effective.

The great advantage of these modern buildings is that the thermoregulation in these houses can be set up also via the mobile phone application. Besides the modern look and the standard design, these houses are also being offered in an above-standard/premium technical version and great emphasis is put on meeting the strict energy standards.

After successful completion of the first phase we are happy to announce that we continue with the development of phase 2 and 3 where will be built further 14 row houses. 6 of them from the phase 2 have been already reserved and should be completed in autumn this year. Other 4 houses from the phase 3 are planned to be finished also at the end of this year. Remaining 4 row houses including the adjacent areas will be done during spring next year. After reservation of the last 8 houses from the phase 3 the whole capacity of this area will be fulfilled.
