In this part of the residential area (where you can find building plots with completed infrastructure intended for family house development) there is currently only 1 last remaining building plot available for sale!
In this phase every builder is partially restricted by basic urban limits which are valid for this particular area. These standards of housing development planning, architectural and visual solution are binding for the building owners (see download files). You can see the current occupancy of the building plots and the prices in the chart below and here. (The tax of 21% will be added to the selling price.)
